3 Important Questions That Need Asking

For any organization that wishes to reform- hold three meetings about a month apart. At the first meeting ask the question,

"What are we doing that we should stop doing right now?"

next meeting:

"What are we doing that we could do better?"

next meeting:

"What aren't we doing that we need to do now?"
